Okay, I am to the point on my 04 where it is time to do the turbo and injectors. So my question to you guys is varriable vane or conventional turbo? I was considering the VGTSS but still don't know if I want to stay with the varriable vane. So any comments or expierences are welcome and appriciated. Maybe it will help me make up my mind.

I would stick with VGT so your spool up is faster. It doesn't seem to be as efficient up top like the conventional waste-gated models, but you can get them with larger housings to help with cfm. Several folks I know have a good pairing with 190cc injectors and the VGT-SS on the 6.0L.
