Well, I just installed new Fuel Wheels and 35" Goodyear tires on my 2 week old 2016 F250. I own a J2534 pass thru tool and was hoping to be able to 'disable' the TPMS function. Strangest thing has happened. I installed new wheels and tires withouts TPMS sensors and no TPMS fault code/light. I'm totally baffled as to why I am not having any issues seeing I have no sensors installed... I know the system was working as light came on briefly one morning when temperature dropped. As tires got warm, light went off. That was prior to installing new wheels and tires. Anyone have any clue how this is happening?

While on the topic, I did hook up J2534 and discovered I am not able to disable TPMS function as many have suggested, I'm only able to reduce pressure limit to 30psi. So luckily (and I have no clue why) I'm not getting any light or fault code.

Yours might not do it but when I changed wheels the light didn't come on right away. I can't remember exactly but it was a couple days but it eventually came on.
