I have been told there is a chance of blowing up a 92 F-250 if converted over from non turbo to turbo
I will be using a stock turbo tkx Smokes:icon_ford::dunno::

You are increasing head pressure when you start cramming air into the intake.

But everything in moderation. Small step and the right precautions and good luck.

Using a stock turbo...like a factory IDI ATS wastegated turbo? Limit boost to around 12psi, dont go above 15psi on a stock IDI. Anything above 12psi on the factory turbo will move the turbo out of its efficiency range, and it will be superheating the air. Superheating the air results in no added performance.
