Hey everyone, new to the forum and looking for some advice.

I’m building a 6.0 PSD for my daily and I’m stuck on a few items, mainly injector and turbo size.

here’s what I’ve got so far:

.40 over ceramic coated pistons with .30 milled off (thanks to the machine shop damaging my block) with .50 pockets for valves.

Ordering 6.4l lifters soon for extra clearance

Stage 2 Callies Cam - 180/200 dur @ .50 378/378 lift

stock valves at the moment.

looking to buy WDI 175cc/30%injectors

Warren Diesel suggested the injector size. Is this what I should run?

What turbo will match nicely with it? I will run the stock VGT turbo for a little while until I can spend the money on a new turbo.
Anything else I need to look out for or change out? (Valves, valve springs, lifters, HPOP, etc)

I’m aiming for 550-600hp with tune. Currently running a SCT tuner but open to other ideas on tuners as well.

thanks for any and all advice and pointers

I should add that I have a 4” MBRP blow through exhaust (no muffler and hollowed out catalytic converter) - it’s how I got the truck.

190/30's and a KC stage 2 turbo. You'll like it

You won't be hurting those components at that power level. You're more likely to have head problems. Are you studded? Have o-ringed heads? Those things are going to be your issue before blowing out the bottom end.
