I have just recently started having this problem as well and it is also intermittent. It really just started happening a few days after I installed my tw chip. Have you found the cause or fixed this yet?

No, mine just randomly does it, it has no connection with hitting bumps. I also have notice when I am waiting for the glow plugs to warm up it will reboot before I even start the truck.
