need help. 99 f250 transmission was rebuilt about week 2weeks ago works fine today wont shift to second only shift if i let gas go. also has new pcm rebuild and icm. call my transmission guy 2hrs away told him about the problem he said if i could pull codes. b4 taking it back to him. buddy of mine has a snap on scanner but out of town he told me to reset pcm by removing ground terminal and put jumper cables + - like shorting it out for 15min. connect everything back now my truck shifts fine. what hell the problem here need help
