Took my 99 out for a drive, stopped at a red light, light turned green, i hit the accelerator and went no where! Only thing that would happen is you could here a spinning/slipping sound then a small pop when i rev it!

Any ideas? How to diagnose?

Any CEL of O/D light blinking?

Could be your transfer case is shot...

Mine too, I had a bulldog programmer and heard they would cause the transmission some problems. Dont know if this was the cause and hope it wil be under warranty. Same scenario though. Stopped and went to take and nothing....

Shift to 4wd low. Problem still there?? probably trans.
