Last night when I was putting in the driver side battery after doing the STC fitting and touched the pos and neg cables together:doh:. When this happened the passenger side battery was connected. After the sparks smoke cleared I hook up the battery and now I have no power at all. Any Ideas where I should start?

Check all your fuses. Specifically your PCM fuse.

Ok, I didn't see in the book where the PCM fuse is located. Would it be called something else? Thanks for your help.

How old are the batteries? If they are 4 yrs or older, it might be time for replacement. Even if they are mewer, have them load tested to see if you maybe burnt them up when you touched cables. Start off with the simple stuff first. If the batteries are fine, then check fuses, grounds, etc.
