On stock ride height and stock wheels I think a 285/75/16 looks good. You might go a little wider, but they may rub the fender wells. Mine did.

285's or 305's would be the best. 295's or 315's are not recommend for 7" rims. they will also rub on a stock X
This might be a stupid question but why not 295's?
