But that ain't the half of it. You need some source for the oil, at the oil pressure sender maybe and a way to return the filtered oil to the engine. I don't like drilling holes in my oil pan unless it is off the motor. I also don't like barb fittings I would rather use -AN fittings with braided line but that's just me. i Haven't put this on yet. Fits Amsoil bypass filter, check out on Amsoil web page. which filterer to 2 mic at 98% effeictcy. Its a lot cheaper

They highly recommend the FS2500 with their injectors, so much that they even offer it at a discount.with how the 7.3 and 6.0 injection system works fired by high pressure oil I would bet these bypass filters will not only increase engine life but also your injection systems life.
