eBay Motors: ~1"-16 Bypass Remote Engine Oil Filter Mount~H Fittings (item 220134584141 end time Apr-21-08 18:23:40 PDT)

i Haven't put this on yet. Fits Amsoil bypass filter, check out on Amsoil web page. which filterer to 2 mic at 98% effeictcy. Its a lot cheaper
But that ain't the half of it. You need some source for the oil, at the oil pressure sender maybe and a way to return the filtered oil to the engine. I don't like drilling holes in my oil pan unless it is off the motor. I also don't like barb fittings I would rather use -AN fittings with braided line but that's just me. Your point is valid though in that you can do this much cheaper than the Amsoil or other kits.

with how the 7.3 and 6.0 injection system works fired by high pressure oil I would bet these bypass filters will not only increase engine life but also your injection systems life.

That's what Elite believe in. They highly recommend the FS2500 with their injectors, so much that they even offer it at a discount.
