So I have noticed that my ect/eot temperatures are exactly 2.5 degrees different on start up after a good cold soak. Is this normal? Reason I ask is my delta is usually about 9 to 11 degrees so I watch them like a hawk. I'm just wondering if they are actually closer to 6.5 to 8.5 and I shouldn't be so worried.

Seems reasonable for the sensors. Maybe go get a new one and swap out. See if it is closer. In the end you will have a bad sensor or a replacement to use when needed.
