Hey guys when i am doing the hutch mod how far past does the fuel return line have to clear the sender?

We made mine pretty long.. doesnt have to be insane but further away is better.. keeps it from giving turbulence to the pick up and float...

How far did you put yours past in inches?. How long was the size of tube you bought?
