Mom and dad are on the side of the road with a broke down 6.4. Stop safely now message appeared and the truck killed right after the cleaning exhaust cycle finished. Any way to get the truck restarted without having to call a tow or go to the dealership? Please help asap

If you go to the passenger side battery there is a brown wire with a green tracer. This wire has a bullet style connector. Pull apart and with the key in run position touch it to the positive terminal on that battery. I was stranded once this way too and this was the process I was given to get it going again.
