does anyone know how accurate the stock boost gauge is on a 2005 f250?:dunno: i am looking to update gauges and i want: pyrometer, oil temp, coolant temp, if i go with a 3x pillar. if i go with a 4x pillar i would add the boost gauge, it is worth it. i have the zf6 manual tranny, and from what i have herd it's not really neaded on a manual, unless there is a better way to go.

some are accurate and some are not... i have never seen one that is accurate with my own eyes

mine is close at low boost, but at 20+ its about 2 or 3 off

Mine is accurate but my gauges go through the OBDII lol I have the Insight

its not worth the extra money, its either boosting or it isn't, the stock gauge is close enough.

The gauges you are looking at are a great idea, if you were looking to maybe add a 4th gauge I would highly suggest a fuel pressure gauge.
