So I have a 4" lift and 35" no steering stablizers.

Alignment is good and checked.

The wheel you constantly have to hold to the left to get it to drive straight, but it does drive straight, very annoying, and you have to fight with it to go in a straight line.

Also from the "center" there is tons of play left to right before it actually turns.

So is there a good way to get this fixed quick, thanks.

I got rid of that stupid azz ball joint in my 2006 and replaced it with a spherical bearing and made all new steering components to make the steering better...I have a Rock Ram kit on the way to make the steering even better...not cheap though

I suspect you have some play in your steering linkage. I would start with a close look at your wheel bearing play.
ps: 99 percent of the powerstroke owners do ok with keeping their ball joints stock.save that for an upgrade .
