I have a 95 psd that will fire right up when its cold, but when I turn it off and try to start it up again in I short amount of time, it seems to crank for forever. Any advice?

Sounds like Inj O rings..when the oil is cold it starts..when warm it will leak into the VC area.

If you check and it is O rings just get remans...if your Inj's have alot of miles...

Also check the o-rings on the IPR valve, I've seen them split and run fine until the truck is shut down and you try to re-start it hot. Apparently the higher viscosity of the cold oil creates enough pressure to fire the injectors, but when it's hot it won't build enough pressure while cranking.
