When I go out to start my truck in the morning I turn the key over and nothing happens. If I hold it there for five seconds or so it will fire right up. The motor turns over fast, when it finally turns overs. I've notice it's worse when it's cold. After the truck is warm it doesn't do it anymore. The batteries are good. I'm thinking that it might be a sticky starter solenoid. Anyone else run into this issue?

It could also be an ignition switch or module problem.

Never hurts to check FICM since it's a cold issue.

Thanks guys, I was thinking the starter was on its way out but wanted a few more opinions. FYI, the FICM is 47.5 to 48 volts all the time.
