Hey guys, just a question. I have a diablo preditor tune, it works pretty well, Im just curious if I can purchase a Bullydog tune, and install it on my truck without taking the other tune out. And will I notice a decent power upgrade?

I also have a 2010 GT, ( grabber blue ) that is basicly stock exept exhaust, as a daily driver.
Ill dig up some more of my 74 Z28 I built a few yrs ago, if you are interested. Figured over the internet people doubt people's claims all the time, but some of us have proof.

I stacked a triple dog over my sct running the SRL+ and all I can say is wow. I did it for one race and took it back off but it was unbelievable the difference it made on my truck. It blacked the road out behind me too when I got in it, but a truck that consistentally beat me 2 truck lengths, when I double stacked it I beat him by 3
Umm no you didnt. You cannot stack on PCM program on top of another.

The second program you loaded will fully overwrite the first.

What you can do is load an SCT tune then add a module like an edge juice. But thats because the juice doesnt load onto the PCM.

But the 8hp gain isnt worth it.

If you really want to stack something I will save you some money

Holy huge picture Batman!!!!!!!!!!!
First of, Im not a poser asking a stupid question, if you think its a stupid question then you aparently know the answer so its " stupid" to you, Secondly, Im not spending my parents money, Im 27 yrs old, and been on my own in the army since I was 17 yrs old, and make my own way thank you. So instead of your brain dead reply's, answer with respect, or dont reply to my posts because you just sound like a uneducated half wit.

Now, I asked this question because the place I got my 4 inch turbo back MBRP exhaust and my tune installed had recommended that, and or injectors and head studs. They also offered for me to try it before I bought it. ( stacking the tunes ). I wanted to know if this was plausable, and or safe with the studs and injector combo. Im new to the diesel scene, but not the hot rod scene as I have had multiple cars, and my current is a 2011 5.0 GT stang with over 600 RWHP. Im just getting into the diesel performance, if anybody else feels like acting like a tool, refrain from replying to my question. If not, I apreciate all POSITIVE and HELPFUL feedback, thanks.
If the shop you went to recommended stacking on a 6.0 do yourself a favor. Find a new shop to get work done at.

These arent dodges. SCT programmers have full control of the PCM and TCM.

I am staying out of the whole stacking argument. But you do have some sweet cars!!:thumb:
StrokinKY, Not fibbin are ya? How will a stock injector smoke out a road? I got about all I can out of mine on my x race tune and I only get a haze at wot.
Carguy, Nice mustangs man, I have an 89 Fox body Thats street fast but not over 600HP fast. Nice rides man :thumb:

And fordFan I can black out a road with my looney tune(and stock injectors) easy :dunno: i also have a 6spd though.... Lugging Vs. WOT run i believe is the difference
Hey man did you get me that video yet:poke
dang im glad i asked for pics now! those things are friggin shweet! nice cars dude! back to topic, get ya a sct x3 with some custom tunes from innovative diesel or gearhead, they will wake that truck up like you wouldnt believe!

I agree with the lugging but if this guy normally beats him and he now wins by 2 it aint luggin and he mentioned tuning the trans as well so it rules out the ole hand shaker. I aint saying it cant be done but I am trying to understand how it can be possible on a stock injector truck with an automatic. Just like most readers, I am learning more about these trucks daily.
I understand where your coming from, and i agree If he blacked out the road at WOT with the turbo spooled up something is wrong...
I dont think the problem is in the reading on here dippy, Read the first sentence of your first post on my thread... " another poser asking a stacking question" .Then read your second last sentence, " spend your parents money...."..... So yeah, give your head a shake, there has been no need for any of this BS, I asked a question, all that was needed was an answer.
apparently there's no screening on ones ability to read in the army.

I acknowledged that I said another poser asking a stacking question and I will stick by it and not take it back.

The comment about spending parents money was a generalized sarcastic remark and also I explained myself saying it was not directed specifically at you or implied that you personally were a trust fund baby.

Is it clear to you now? You've got a lot to learn and part of that is knowing to sit back, observe and quest to look for information that is already documented not barge in!

thank you, I saved a long *** time for the 2011, and put a lot into it. The Challanger is my dads, my lil sister also has an 2010 SS camaro lol... family of fun.

Thanks man, Apreciate the coplements. How do I go about getting the custom tunes? I live in Canada,
they will cancel each other out... stacking is useless on a powerstroke....i recommend this: SCT X3 Custom Innovative Diesel Tunning
