I am looking at getting a powerstroke but i dont know which one to get. I had a dually but i had to get rid of it and now looking for another stroke. Whats difference?

99-03 the difference is the DRW trucks have a dana 80 rear, whereas the SRW trucks have a sterling 10.5. Other than the rear differentials, everything else is pretty much the same (with the exception of the GVWR)

SRW vs. DWR

We have a '99 SRW 7.3 reg. cab manual trans and a '99 DRW 7.3 crew cab automatic trans.

We like the DRW better for towing, but it is an automatic and I wish we had the manual in it like the regular cab has...although the regular cab is easier to get around town in. So in a perfect world we would have a DRW, crew cab, 7.3, manual for towing.
