While I do disagree with editing post to fit you agenda I Don't disagree with John's ban. Alot of the old timers on here think the rules don't apply to them anymore. They purposely derail threads just for kicks. They mock and belittle the new guys. We are supposed to be here to help one another not cause Drama, Were not in high school anymore.... I Don't care if your post count is 2 or 8,000 we are all the same and should not get special treatment because of how long we have been here...

That is incorrect and the admin can look at pm's between me and some mods.
We started talking to the mods way way after the ban was warned.
We were just retorting as you described.
I was upset by the down syndrome deal. that guy should be banned.
I asked a mod to clean up the thread and they said they would move it to my section so I could clean it up.
Sorry you guys don't approve of how I cleaned it up, but I left a note on each post of why it was deleted, some just said off topic if they were just beating the horse.
If the guys would have left stuff alone and kept going none of this would have happened.
Remember we never cried to the admin in this case, admin please check the record and confirm

what i will ask of you is to not delete ,modify,etc. any other posts in this thread ,im not gonna move it back to gen population, i know you can do what you want in your vendor forum, but in order to come to an accurate solution to this issue , it all needs to be out in the open

What's incorrect? I personally remember you bashing the mods telling them they were doing s bad job. If you have ever been in the military or even business school you would have come across this phrase. Praise in public, reprimand in private. This goes for mods too. If you feel there has been a personal attack then you need to access that in a pm. Not agitating the issue by arguing in open forum...which is what this is suppose to be.....open, not at vendor's discretion

I agree 100% with the first paragraph.

Second paragraph, all soft deletes so everything can be brought back if admin see's fit.
We have nothing to hide here.

You shouldn't even have the ability to do that in the first place. Ultimately this is all the fault of the mod that moved this. It should have been closed instead of moved when it got derailed.

How was what John did derailing at all? He was voicing his opinion, which in a vs. thread, is exactly what you're supposed to do. And CFD, if you truly had a product to back up your statements, you wouldn't need to delete anything for any reason, the product should speak for itself if it is truly a quality product.

And to top it off, the arrogant, piece of **** member that made a joke about Down syndrome is still here while John is gone probably forever.

We never asked for any banning, or moderating of post.
But John did just continue down the same path.

You have to remember we acknowledged and explained the comments, provided proof 3 times in that thread at least and many times in other threads. They needed to move on.
John is a smart guy and he new he could just continue to beat the dead horse and make the thread useless for anything.
I asked numerous times for technical discussion etc.
How many pics and pokes and what not about the same thing over and over do you need.
All with the actual customer never once complaining.

I moved it out of the vendor forum as soon as I saw where it was going and the who banned john thread for that exact reason.

You have NO RIGHT to edit anybody's post about their opinion on your company and the quality of your work. You need to PROVE the quality of your work and if there is a problem.... Handle it professionally, don't just try to hide it. The sooner you realize this, the better your business reputation will be.
