So, you want Climate Control in your OBS?

So you want that really cool Climate Control that you've seen in the Crown Vics, Explorers, Grand Marquis and Lincolns huh? :hehe:

Well With the help of Bill (Alberta7.3) I have it in my truck, and trust me, it wasnt easy, and I am still working out the bugs...

If you are interested in a kit. $650 for a basic kit. $750 for a kit that's compatible with steering wheel controls.

Since people were taking the information and research from this page, and not giving anyone who fronted this project this an ounce of credit, Ive had to remove this write up.

I (Garrett M) Request this page to NOT be saved to any website archive. And if it is currently saved to any internet archive, that it be REMOVED from said site.

Wow, nice job! That would be so sweet to have! I wonder how easy it would be to put it in a super duty that doesn't have it already.

HAHA yeah, I always found myself reaching for the control's Being too hot or too cold etc etc.

The fan now has 12 different settings instead of just 4, and it also varies the blend door to allow the inside temp to stay at the temp set on the unit. :thumb:
Oh my God.. that looks GREAT ... so when can i bring my obs over an have it done..
yeah it is pretty fing sweet, my tbird has it and i love it.

Thanks!

I think the temp sensor is bad outside the truck though, for some reason it has the wrong temp showing... Its -5* out, and it says its 25. lol

Wanna do that mod to my truck :)
nice work
Thanks! and seems like everyone wants it, but not to do the work lol
Out of curiosity.. About how much do you think you have invested in this? Oh and by the way it looks great!
Cause I pulled everything from a Junkyard, by myself. Approximately 80-100 dollars. Not including the amount of time invested.
