ok so today i start my truck and it had been sitting all night and the low was around 60 F and sitting on some what of a hill (if that matters) and i run diesel kleen. and i never noticed this before but there was a small amount of whiteish smoke but cleared up right away. Truck has 2430,000 miles and i have had it for 2weeks do you think i need injectors or is pretty normal?:dunno:

A little white smoke seems to be the norm. My 04 does it and my dad's 01 does it on first start up after sittin over night

Sounds fine, mine don't smoke at all on start up tho and im at 281k. But if it smokes just a bit and clears up instantly I wouldnt worry bout.it, where you located btw

My Ex had white smoke on start up that cleared shortly after. However, for me it wasn't a hit or miss occurrence, instead it happened on each start up. White smoke on start up is unburned COLD diesel. A quick glowplug job and the smoke has never returned!

just had glow plugs and glow plug relay but ive only noticed this once.
