i have the edge w/ att., 4" turbo back and a true flow filter in the stock box. when i punch it it takes so long to build boost is that normal. im am new to this stuff so i have no idea. also it wont go past 26 lbs

if its a 6.0, yea, some turbo lag is normal, and also, DONT push it over 26psi even if you can if its an 03 or 04. your just asking to popp the headgaskets

06 you can go to 28-29 psi as a general rule, and the headgaskets hold up way better than the early ones...u should be fine there. as far as why the boost peaks at 26, what mods do you have and was a reprogram done on the PCM recently??

i have the edge w/attitude exaust, air filter. ive never done anything to the pcu unless thsts what the edge does. the truck only has 3100 miles

thats pretty low milage, and i would wonder if you maybe havnt had the computer learn all the stratagy it takes into account before it makes its final adjustments. that computer is always learning, and just installing the programmer will mess with the memory it already has. Leave it like you plan on having it and drive it, see if the turbo responce and boost readings change, i bet they will as the computer learns stratagy......Marc
