Just got my first diesel, 2007 F250 PowerStroke - and notice the first mile or so is little power and hard to shift - in mild temps. Finding if I let it warm up a few minutes makes a difference. Is this normal?
if its slow to start park in the drive way pointing the truck up a hill it will fire soon as you turn the key. I got the exact same truck I think it holds the oil pressure better pointed up hill... Kinda odd but I noticed the difference right away. It turns over slower up hill but starts right away and when level it might turn over 15 times before it starts and it turns over really fast but doesn't start good
