Been looking into this and haven’t really seen anyone who’s done it, custom making exhaust manifolds like how a Cummins is set up and running one turbo off each side. Does anyone know how this would be tuned or what kind of sticks would have to be run to be able to spool a stock obs turbo on either side for example? My guess would be running something like a 200/200 to provide enough fuel but figured I would get some ideas first.

How would you connect each charger to the IC?

200cc injectors to detune to stock (s) chargers doesn’t sound like fun


A single t4 66-68mm is a great setup

I would run a dual inlet ic
I was thinking about an injector that big to fuel each side cause then they would be separated
Just thinking it would be like 25-30 psi per side

if you've got time and the tools sounds like you've got a task on your hands.

I assume you'll have to remove part of the firewall to bend the exhaust out of the manifold ports into a 90* to wrap the exhaust back up toward the left and right side of the engine bay. brace everything to keep it from moving. Mount each turbo high enough to get "cold" air funneled in, and be able to close the hood.

tuning/injectors would be the lease of my concerns until any fab work is done.

better join up on Powerstrokearmy.com where guys are still building power on the 7.3 platform.
I'd be interested in seeing how it plays out

That 25 to 30 psi each still only equals 25 to 30 psi, it wont make it 50 to 60 psi because of both, it doesnt work that way, but you can try flipping exhaust manifolds and building from there, I think the tp38 is too big of a turbo for twins on a 7.3 unless you're spinning the 7.3 hard.

Same psi, double the cfm, IF you can spin them the same speed as the single. No?

True about double the airflow, but in theory the truck should make the same power at 13 psi with twins as it does at 25 psi with a single just because of the volumetric efficiency.
