SF3 or TS? Isn't it just a standard USB cable? I don't have one, but the picture on their website looks like a standard USB cable for the SF3. Can't really tell about the Livewire TS from the pic, but I think it's standard too. If it is, you can pick one up at Walmart, Best Buy or pretty much any electronics store. Just a thought. Maybe someone who actually owns one can help you. :dunno: LOL

The firewire cable is not used to update the Livewire it is used to connect the EGT probe to the Livewire.

EDIT: I just noticed Marshall that you have a piece of velcro covering the USB port, remove that and use a standard USB cable to hook up to your computer to update the LiveWire.

I have an SF3, not a Livewire but regardless, he's pointing at where a FireWire cables goes. The other cord would be a USB 2.0 (at least on the SF3). It has the full size connector unlike most other devices that use mini or micro. As a few guys said, usually printers use that cord.
