Anyone runnin this or anyone that has ran this? Im lookin to get it. All i have right now is exhaust(straight piped) CAI and the ts performance 6 position chip.
Would i need to take off the chip or what or should i just use my ts and the sct or shoud i just forget the Sct and stick with the ts?

you should stick with the ts, i would send the ts to someone and have it burned with their tunes, someone like beans, swamps, tyrant or gearhead. the sct offers no advantages and its not switch on the fly

how much power would the stock tranny with a aftermarket torque convertor hold?

it really depends on how you drive, you havin 37's doesn't help. get a 6.0 cooler and a valve body with good fluid, schaeffers all trans and it will help
