I am trying to help a friend of mine with his '03. It has a rough idle and you experience low power when it is cold. I connected my cts and the ficm voltage was 47-48.5v during start and while running. Battery voltage is good as well. I pulled the dtc codes and there were a few p0278, p0341, p0528, and p132b.

Any help and suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

P0278 is #6 contribution/balance, injector could be on its way out.

P0341 is Cam Position Sensor, start with going over the wiring and plug for damage, could also be a issue with the sensor itself.

P0528 is Fan Speed Sensor circuit no signal, check your plug and wires for damage, or the could be a bad Fan Clutch.

P132b is VGT system issues, could many things. Check your MAF, MAP, IAT2, intake leaks, exhaust leaks between turbo and exhaust manifolds, sticking VGT vanes. Start with the simple visual stuff, look for soot at the connectors and flex joints of the y-pipe/up-pipes, and y-pipe to turbo. Visually check for blockage of the MAP hose.
