I had problems like this. Make sure your UVC harnesses are plugged in fully. If problem persists, then find a way to do an injector buzz test. My best uneducated guess would be with the UVC harness. Why it only does it in gear beats me, but that was how it went for me.
rough engine
drove my truck all day and it was fine. went to start it up again and it runs good until i put it in gear then the service engine light kicks on and the engine runs really rough. any ideas?
