Hey guys I'm buying rims and tires my question is do you think or know for sure if a 20x12 with -44 offset would work on 2003 F350 with a 4 inch lift I am thinking about putting 37's on them or if it won't work I will come up with something different I feel that if I put 35's on they will look like rubber bands

35's with 20's dont look bad at all. Might not have a great quality ride cuz you dont have much sidewall but it dont look like a rubberband at all.
And to fit a 37 on a 4 inch lift, you can make anything fit with some cutting and trimming. Its just how much you wanna cut up your truck to make something fit when you could put either a bigger lift on or just drop a tire size. Your call on that part

I dont think it will. You think bout it, your wheel will be stickin out there quite aways, then when you turn, you will hit your bumper and more than likely hit your inner fender wells before you even get to a full turn on your truck. Just not enough clearance for a 37.
Just drop down to a 35 with a 20x10 and a -24 offset, you should be ok and it will still give you a wide stance that you are prolly looking for.
