Hey Guys I just bought my first Diesel pickup, an 07 F250 PSD with about 100k miles on it.

The right side Hub dial will not turn and seems seized. Can anyone point me to a resolution as to what I should be doing with it?

Take the bolts off the front and pop the cover off, next pop that snap ring out and pop the locker itself out. Shake it around the see if you hear rattling or if it is just dry. Try to spray some wd40 in that sob and turn it till the day turns to night. After that, if it doesn't work, use it as a nice door stop or a paper weight and order from the guy above. 4WheelParts sells upgraded worn lockers that I bought for my 7.3 and they were great, came with a 5 year unlimited warranty.

i had one side lock up on me, had to use a pliers to get it locked in and out.

anywas I took the whole thing apart one night and lubed her up per guzzly's directions. Mine for some reason still sucked at turning.

ended up just ordering a new one

128 is cheap if that is an OEM part

I use pliers on both of mine, they're still 100% functional, just a little tight ;)
