Just wanted to give a review (as if there isnt already a ton) of the IH bellowed up pipes from Clay at RiffRaff.

Simply put- AWESOME.

No more leaks truck runs better than ever. Clay is good at communicating and is always quick to respond to any questions. Since installing the new Bellowed Up Pipes last Thursday I ordered RiffRaffs "FRX" kit and am pretty stoked to install it tomorrow.

If you have leaky up pipes and have the money to pull the trigger on some IH Bellowed Up Pipes, you wont be sorry with your purchase. Hit up Clay he will hook you up! :thumb:

If i remember I'll comment here next week. BD Diesel wanted to charge me 6 hours shop time for them to do it, so I'll allow myself 4-6 Beers

From the time i popped the hood till the time i closed it was exactly 1 hour and 55 minutes.

By myself, in the driveway. Did remove the turbo, did not remove the 4" downpipe. Didn't use the air tools.

Easy job and I'm happy with the results. Bunch of babies on here saying its aweful and you have to remove the tranny and all this B.S.

If i knew it was so simple i would have done it a year ago.

It took me awhile longer than Joel but I also removed both exhaust manifolds and installed gaskets. Also painted everything with 2200degree paint. I agree though, aside from the manifolds bolts the job wasn't that bad. I will say getting the collector lined up to the turbo and the v-clamp put on was a pain though! Could have used a second person for that one!

Just to be fair, I've had my turbo off very recently to replace the pedistal. So that all came apart really fast for me because it was fresh in my mind.

Ya its not bad but its good to take your time and make sure everything is sured up proper. yes it drops egts because at hi boost you arent leaking. its not a drastic degrease but noticeable. The FXR kit (regulated return from riffraff) is pretty nice too. I dont have as bad of top end fuel starve truck holds higher boost when locking up into 4th. Very happy with both products.

One thing that surprised me is that my max boost number didnt go up after install.
I get there smoother and faster. I dont hear the annoying exhaust leak anymore, and I can actually hear the turbo better too.
But boost numbers remain at about 27 in the 120tune
My up pipes were leaking pretty bad too.

i tore mine all apart and was just going to change the crappy ford gaskets but i couldnt get the bolts to budge after soaking them in aerokroil for a week.
ended up rounding one out so decided to order the bellowed up pipes.
i wish ups would go a little faster lol its killing me!
