So I recently replaced the oil cooler in did an EGR delete kit and when I talked everything back down and started the truck it ran good for about a minute and then oil came squirting out between the oil cooler housing and the top of the block I have replaced it twice now nothing is cracked and yes all the holes were cleaned of oil and dried before putting bolts back in them I am about to lose my mind in like the truck on fire

Screws the right length? We’re any of the bolt holes stripped out?

Have you measured the flatness of the block of the oil cooler? No left over gasket maker from a previous owner?
