Can anyone tell me if this is supposed to make noise when shaken? or how to tell if it is bad?
Regulator, Injection Oil Pressure | — | IPR | 1839437C93

I'm on my fourth mechanic in 6 months and can't get it running yet at low speed. Before cleaning it made no noises, now clicks or rattles when shaken. Getting ready to put it together and see how it runs.
