Good afternoon,

I have an 'interesting' question.

I am very likely going to be purchasing a 6.0 powerstroke this winter. I am aware of the necessary upgrades that need to be done in order to make the 6.0 'relieable'.

I would like to know what diesel shop is recommended for getting this kind of work done?

I am not opposed to using a local who performs the work in their home on the side.

So shop or not, doesn't matter to me. I'd just like someone/or shop who is honest and straightforward.

Thanks,
Chris

Hello - I'm new to the forum. I just had studs done on my 6.0 among many other things (new turbo, meth-injection, exhaust, coolant filtration, etc, etc). I am in Northern Colorado and US Automotive Machine in Loveland did the work. What was kinda cool with them is they have a Dyno on-site. So as we did the work on the truck, we did a Dyno pull for each part to see what the performance / power gain was.

Auto and Truck Solutions out of Denver. It's all they do these days is fix / upgrade the 6.0's.
