When i am on black top and i turn real sharp i can feel a clunk in the rear end, i just changed the gear oil about 2 months ago and there were no shavings. Is is posible this is just from the posi rear end?

It could be the posi. When you turn sharp, the outside tire is turning faster than the inside tire and this might make the rear end clunk.

When was the last time you checked your u-joints.

I agree check U joints and carrier bearings. If you have LS, did you add the modifier? If not add 3 oz and do some tight figure eights, if you hear chatter add 1 oz at a time until it goes away. Most take 3-5 oz's, much less than 8 oz that Ford requires, this is why their LS doesn't work well.
