Hi everyone, Some know my rig was in a accident. Well just got it back yestorday. Was running fine. Durring the rebuild, ford removed the bank stinger plus chip. I just put it back in. Made it about 2 miles and it quit. After a few min. it will restart, but in a few seconds, will spudder out and quit.

I noticed on a good start, I had very little turbo PSI. about 4.
Ford replaced the camm sensor a few times.
Replaced IDM and ICM. A new injector harness and injectors 8 and 5.

I'm about to head back out to the truck and remove the banks chip, and try to get it home.

I have to drive a 12 hour each way trip on Tuesday. I'm stressed out. Please halp.

What ells might have been disconected when the rig was at ford? Where do I look? Like I said, has been running fine before placing the chip back in. Shop has been running arround with the rig for a few weeks. So the chip was the only thing I have tried to get back in.

Any idea what your fuel pressure is? Also, are you sure you have fuel? Sorry not much else to offer at this point.

back at the house and update

We went out to the truck and removed the banks stinger plus chip. Started right up. Ran fine back to the house.

As for the fuel pressure. I do not know, but I had Ford go though the fuel system and also replace the filter about a year ago. All checked fine before truck left Ford two months ago (was there for a month) and went back to the body shop.

From the records, In Febuary, it went to Ford for some work, and they chaged the cam sensor (black to grey). After that, I had the 8 and 5 injector problems as discused here on the forum. My friend at the shop told me they went though three more sensors and went a head and replace injector harness with 8 and 5. Also the ICM.

Seems to run ok at the moment without the banks chip installed. That's why I think there maybe something ells I'm missing. Even with the banks chip off, I could only get 4-5 psi on the turbo guage.

Yeah it sounds like something isn't playing well with the Banks. Glad to hear its running for you.
