With Ford's new LCD productivity/gauge package, how much longer do you think it will be before we see a factory installed Pyrometer???

That would be a GREAT feature to have from the factory for towing or tuning *wink wink*

They already monitor EGT through the computer like the 6.4 does. Would be nice if you get it displayed though.

i wonder if ford thinks the average driver doesnt care to know. just as long it doesnt break down and keeps its internal checks and balances in place, should be gtg.

They probably don't do it so they don't have people trying to push it to it's limits, + an average person that doesn't know any different might freak out when they see a temp. gauge getting that high.
