Do you have any DTCs? Or check engine light? It seems to me you may have a stuck EBPV. And after a while, it heats up, and opens. when it cools, it gets stuck closed. Maybe the computer is telling it to keep closed for longer than normal, and when you re crank the truck it clears out that little problem with it, and it runs fine? Someone with ALOT more info should come along to help...
