Still on my truck but will be removing it this Friday. Reason for selling is because I got my new Fox shocks. Approx. 7000 miles. and in good condition.
It was on a 6" lift. All 4 shocks
Not including shipping and handling. I will post pictures as soon as I get them back from the shop.

Would they be able to fit with only 4 inch lift?

I don't see why not....Im sure it'll work but double check if you want to be a 100% sure. I'll ask my tech....

there different for 99-04 aren't they?

I don't think it will unless they have a kit conversion for it.
