I have a stock rebuilt by EVOPULLER - 7.3 turbo out of an F250 99-03' with zero miles on it. I had the EBPV flapper removed and welded shut, wastegate tacked shut, and actuator rod welded and ground flush - this was done for the turbo to run wastegateless - cut out the bull that comes with leaking/frozen wastegates. I intended to run a wicked wheel and call it a day but my build has changed and I have to sell it. I can send pics upon request, John 210-414-9789. This is a great price for a rebuilt turbo with zero miles on it, the rebuild kit costs around $100 for just the parts.
