[Romans10-9]

Every six weeks or so I do a fluid check on my truck (Ole Black Betty). I keep seeing ps fluid in the top of my ps resevoir cap. The fluid level is not low and nothing seem to be leaking. The PS pump and steering gear box are pretty new (within the past year). Can someone shed some light on what this could be?

are you keeping it below the full mark .. that cap has an overflow port and you're pushing fluid out for some reason

I'll check the level, but it looked pretty full. I'l clean up the cap and draw some off until it is at the proper level.

Are you turning your wheels while stopped @ idle? I ask because on my '01 (7.3L) sometimes when I try to turn the wheels @ idle, I get fluid pushing out. My experience, maybe something to check.

Heat expansion , need to check the level when the oil is hot
