Power door actuators

Help....I have a crew cab 1995 F350 and my rear right side door just failed. I need a new actuator but the dealer wants 350 for it and Napa wants 280 I think it was. What are my options, as far as I spending that kinda money thats not an option.

Brand new to this site.
