I am searching for the adapter that goes between my crankshaft and flex plate.

Any help will be much appreciated!

The spacer you need is a F81Z-6A366-AA
they have 51 of them at the Memphis PDC

I'm not sure what the F1TZ-6376-A actually is, Ford calls it a flywheel bolt plate and last known retail price was $478.42
The spacer plate for 95-97 was a F5TZ-6A366-A but it's obsolete
Not sure what year 7.3 the OP is dealing with

The F1TZ-6376-A shows a year range of 1980-2003
The earlier spacers had a wider flange where they contacted the flywheel (if my rememberer is working correctly)
The picture of the spacer the OP posted looks exactly like the F81Z-6A366-AA SPACER

Unreal how much more you guys know about this stuff than I do.
In your honest opinion, if I can’t find a spacer that works, would I be able to put the old one back on and continue my search praying that the old one with the surface damage doesn’t fail on me?

The flex plate broke so I’m assuming the face of the spacer was grinding against part of the plate. Structurally it looks sound. I obviously don’t know if they’re are hair line fractures in the metal but it could be bolted back on, which is what I’ll have to do if I can’t find this part somewhere.

Knock any burrs off so it’s as flat as can be.
