We got a check engine light a couple months ago on our 2015 550 Superduty diesel. This is the chassis on our Super C RV. Gave the error codes in the title. Mechanic tested the 4 temperature sensors, 3 were bad and Nox2 reading was jumping all over the place. Replaced the 3 temp sensors (2, 3 and 4), left on a trip and same error codes came up. Ordered the Nox2 sensor as Ford was redesigning it and not selling the replacement part. Replaced with new designed Nox2 sensor and went on a trip. It did do a full regen during that trip after we replaced the 3 sensors and Nox2 sensor and confirmed it had successfully cleaned the exhaust filter. On the way home the check engine light came on again with same codes came up so we replaced the 4th temp sensor as it was not reading correctly when tested and replaced the pressure sensor. Now has 4 new temp sensors, new Nox2 sensor and a new pressure sensor. Left on a trip 1/17 and about 250 miles in the check engine light came on with these same codes. Cleaning exhaust filter came up on the console for about 15 seconds during this last trip but it did not go through the cleaning cycle. Going to be taking it back again.... anyone have any suggestions or any type of similar problem. The only think not yet replaced is the DPF and we are not jumping into doing that unless they can positively confirm it is bad.

You are looking at a couple possibilities. Either EGR system or dpf system.
There is possibility of static regen first, then removal and having a dpf cleaning done. You didn't mention how many miles on the rig?
Any rats chewing on wires while it's sitting?
Diagnostic sheet says leak down test to determine if any leaks exist in tubes or dpf.

Our rig only has 42,000 miles on it. No possibility of rats chewing on anything. It is parked in an open RV bay attached to the house but we have 4 feral cats and not a rat or mouse anywhere around the house. My feeling is that it has not been able to consistently do a full regen for awhile and the dpf may be clogged. Perhaps part of the reason it won't regen even though all the key parts have been replaced. It did do a full regen after all but temp sensor 1 and pressure sensor were replaced, even though after it did that we got another check engine light and the P2459 code.
