My dad has a 2019 6.7 and the other day a pack rat got into the engine bay. He must have got caught between the belt and pulley on start up cause it threw a the belt and split him in half. Re routed the belt and check pulleys to make sure they are good. Everything seems fine. No loose/bad wire I can see. Alternators are good. Batteries aren’t loose but it is throwing codes P0625 and P163C both are generator circuit codes. Any help on what it could be? Also can’t find any fuses bad.

My guess would be that since it was starting and ran with the belt off, the computer saw no output from the alternator and that’s where the CEL is coming from. I would recommend getting those two codes cleared and then see if they pop back up after running it again. If you put a meter to the batteries can you see a higher voltage to verify the alternator is working?

Ditto...reset the codes (if you don't have the tool you can pick one up dirt cheap)...then address them if they reappear.
