I have a 2001 F-250 with only 64k miles. My truck was running fine and I decided to have the transmission serviced because this transmission was completely rebuild 10k miles ago.

All I wanted done was a New filter, new oil. I get the truck back and my overdrive light started flashing and it is NOT going into overdrive. The tranny shifts fine but just will not go into overdrive. So I had the tranny shop who did the service scan my computer and these are the codes it threw:

P0743 TCC SYSTEM ELECTRICAL FAULT
P0741 TCC SHUT-OFF
P0605 INTERNAL CONTROL MODULE ROM ERROR

Can anyone help me with these codes? is it just by chance that it happened after my transmission service or is the transmission shop responsible?

any help would be greatly appreciated.

check all connections and battery terminals. possible dirty connection or something unplugged from your torque converter.

if it only has 10k on the rebuild shouldn't it be covered with a warranty?
did they reman the TC as well?

The warranty is 12k miles or 1 year and it has been over 1 year.

what plug are you referring to related to the torque converter?
