Oil problem F350 2006 6.0

I'm tearing my hair out with my 6.0. I've changed my high pressure oil pump and o-rings, injector o-rings, oil rail o-rings and dummy plugs but it STILL won't hold oil pressure. I pushed air through the ICP port and u can hear air bubbling in the oil pan. Any help would be highly appreciated.
