on top of the engine, in the engine valley..... you have to basically strip the whole top half of the engine off to replace.

low boost at times like 13psi is max while pulling a 9000to 10000 lb boat up a grade until truck cools down or air temp is real hot out so we are thinking oil cooler is starting to get pluged up.
