When removing the oil filter standpipe I loosened the 2 screws that are cricled in red. Does anybody know the torque of these screws? I don't remember how much force I used to loosen them. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Figure that is what they are calling the "oil filter base". Which is listed in the torque chart?

Me and terminology, names they call things.
